Return Policy

30-Day Return Window

  • You may return most items within 30 days of delivery
  • Items must be in original condition with all tags and packaging
  • Personalized or custom items cannot be returned
  • Sale items are final sale unless defective

Return Process

Step 1: Initiate Return

  • Log into your account and go to Order History
  • Select the item(s) you wish to return
  • Choose reason for return
  • Submit return request

Step 2: Return Authorization

  • We will review your request within 1 business day
  • You'll receive a Return Authorization Number (RAN) via email
  • Return shipping label will be provided for eligible returns

Step 3: Ship the Item

  • Pack the item securely in original packaging
  • Attach the return shipping label
  • Drop off at the nearest courier location
  • Keep the tracking receipt for your records

Step 4: Refund Processing

  • Refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receiving the item
  • Refund will be issued to original payment method
  • You'll receive a confirmation email once processed

Exchange Policy

We gladly offer exchanges for:

  • Different size (if available)
  • Different color or variant
  • Different product of equal or greater value

Return Shipping

  • Free Returns: For defective, damaged, or incorrect items
  • Customer Responsibility: For change of mind returns (₹99 standard return shipping, can be deducted from refund amount)

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Personalized or engraved jewelry
  • Pierced earrings (for hygiene reasons)
  • Items purchased during final sale events
  • Gift cards and e-vouchers
  • Items without original packaging or tags

Refund Timeline

  • Credit Card: 5-7 business days
  • Debit Card: 7-10 business days
  • Net Banking: 5-7 business days
  • UPI/Wallets: 3-5 business days
  • Cash on Delivery: Bank transfer within 7-10 business days

Lifetime Warranty

All Glam jewelry comes with a lifetime warranty covering:

  • Manufacturing defects
  • Stone falling or metal breaking
  • Plating issues (within 1 year)
